"Throughout my life, I’ve had a love affair with Asian food with its exotic flavors and intense spices. When I visited Singapore, I felt like I had reached foodie nirvana.

All of the dishes that I crave from China, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Malaysia were brought together in one beautiful place.

SING is our tribute to Singapore, the great melting pot.  At SING, we get to serve our favorite dishes from throughout Asia with the hope that you too will come to crave SING." - founder, Jerry Lasco

SING is a collaboration between founder and restaurateur Jerry Lasco and local pop-up chef and food writer Cuc Lam.

Over the past fifteen years, Jerry has opened and operated over 20 food and beverage-related businesses across the country. Lasco Enterprises has been recognized as a leader and innovator in the industry over the past decade and his restaurants have won multiple accolades for being the best in the business.

Cuc has been cooking Asian food for over 20 years and more recently has been involved in all aspects of the food industry, through social media marketing, creating and hosting pop-up events and contributing to food media as a critic and writer.

The partnership has created a unique concept of Asian fresh-casual with an ambitious plan to build a thriving business. Sing hopes to expand across Houston within a 3-year period.
